I'm Cicely. I'm 17 and I was diagnosed with MG March 21, 2008 when I was in 7th grade. But it had taken 2 years to figure out what was wrong with me. I started showing signs of weakness when I was in 5th grade. I was 120lbs then, and have gained 80+ lbs since then. Any low key excercise tips to start out with ? Thanks :)
