I'm 55...I went from not being able to walk a block because I had a blown disc in my back, (felt sorry for myself and gained yet ANOTHER 30 pounds) to losing 90 pounds and walking up to 10 miles a day!!! Never think that it is too late...my life is soooo much better now!!!

I'm 56 this year...last year I lost 90 pounds in about 9 months time....it's doable and I have kept it off for 6 months now. I totally give my fitness pal all the credit....I used to work for weight watchers and was never able to maintain my loss.....this has been the ONLY thing that has worked for me!
