I hadn't noticed that (could probably live with it); but I do not like the extreme line spacing in the diary. It's unattractive, shows fewer lines at a time, and doesn't make it look like the components of a meal are tied together.

I highly recommend a program like Group Power or Body Pump. This is a fun, choreographed group program featuring relatively light weights and many repetitions. It is most popular with women but classes are often mixed (I am male and at my gym we have quite a few men in the class).
