This is so normal! I feel the same way sometimes. I have been giving myself "cheat" or "treat" days when I feel I need the boost. But, yeah, I hear ya! I couldn't agree with you more. I've been putting it off all day...today is day 3 for me. This thread just motivated me enough to work past the pain. Tomorrow will be better....it's just gotta be. Right?

I don't think it does say that you have to do it consecutive. But think about it....If you don't do it for that day then you cheated yourself. You can do this!!!! :wink:

All I can say is it hurts to even use the toilet! I'm on Day 3. I'm gonna suck it up and keep going for it! I think you should keep going. I know it hurts, trust me, I know! WE CAN GET THROUGH IT!!!! You won't get results without the work. Kudos for doing day 2!
