  • Don't feel alone, I have been doing this since the middle of December and still at the same weight as when I started! I am 59 and really struggling with why I keep going on.
  • There are a couple of good Tai Chi instruction DVDS that you can work at home. I would encourage you to try a class with an instructor first if you can to get a good foundation in proper alignment and how to do the moves.
