  • I had this issue with birth control - it was the estrogen. Turns out I am one of those people who shouldn't be on combination birth control methods. My doctor immediately took me off of it after I lost vision during a migraine before my period. If I were you, I would get off of it, immediately.
  • For me, it's all about organization. I have 2 kids, 2 and 4 and am in the midst of busy season at work. I make sure to pick out everyone's clothing and pack my lunch the night before.   • I love the Kashi Go Lean cereal. I eat around 7 with 2 cups of coffee and am usually good until lunch. I also drink 3 8 ounce glasses of water from 9-12 at work.
