Ik heb vakantie deze week en ben niet thuis. Mijn laatst gemeten gewicht is 72.6kg. Dat hou ik nu maar even aan. Op naar de 70! Elke dag bewegen wordt al lastig. Winkelen is ook een soort bewegen toch? ;-) Vanavond ook nog uit eten.....

Ik heb een drukke week op mijn werk. Moet vrijdag naar San Francisco voor een congres. Ik ben echter van plan me daar goed aan mijn dieet te houden en regelmatig te rennen. In die groep was er 1 iemand die dagelijks een opdracht bedacht. Verder 1 keer per week wegen en hier noteren. Ook waren er weekopdrachten. I had 2 little chocolate easter eggs, so I guess I failed today :( In my defense: I already had them before the challenge was on our board. I know I shouldn't eat them at all, but I just can't resist them....

25 minutes of running. Yeah! Already been running today , sothat's easy ;-) I'll do 25 jumping jacks instead, so I can say a did a challenge today. And my squads for the weekly challenge.

So I was walking in a corridor in the hospital where I'm working and suddenly I hear music from the cleaning room. Hmm, what to do??? I decided to do a little twist and moved on. Fortunately nobody saw me ;-) For the rest of the day I'll just be running and doing my squads for the weekly challenge. Good dancing everybody!

I'm terrible at doing push-ups, but after falling down the stairs my arm still hurts to much for doing even 1. I will be doing squats instead.

I tried to buy this video, once I heard about it here. But I can't find it in the Netherlands. I ordered a bootcamp video instead. Today I did a run, but I'm planning to do bootcamp on other days.

SW: 168 (76,3 kg) GW: 143 (65 kg) Hope I did the math alright. In the Netherlands we measure kilograms. But in lbs I lose more, so I'm excited about that! :)
