I workout at night. Why? Because I kinda like sleep. lol. Also, I am usually gone to work by 8am and don't get home until almost 6. Nightly workouts usually work best for me. Although, on the weekends I usually workout in the morning to switch it up. And always before I have breakfast.

5'4" - 160 lbs as of yesterday wearing a size 12 canadian right now they are finally loose and I have only lost 3 pounds so far in this journey. Just started at the end of February 2012. Can't wait to see what the next 2 months bring!
