Sept 25 - 2.89 I don't think I am going to hit my goal of 40 as of next Wed, but I sure did have fun trying!

Sept 24 - active rest day 1.72 miles during my lunch

Sept 22 - rest day (can barely walk or laugh from kickboxing yesterday) Sept 23 - 2.84 miles

Sept 20 - 2.63 miles and 2 years smoke free! Hubby and I also went on a long walk today, but not counting it, mostly because I forgot to turn my counter on. lol Sept 21 - Kickboxing

Sept 14 - no run, but 1 hour of kickboxing, love it! Sept 15 rest day Sept 16 - 2.62 miles

Trying searching for skating, indoor. That's the closest I can find to ice skating. I would also adjust the calories down because most people who are leisurely ice skating don't do the same mileage continuously the entire time, they slow down/speed up depending on the rink, other people/children, etc.

I totally agree with Smarionette. But after taking a peak at your diary, I am not seeing very few if any fruits or vegetables being consumed. Fruits and vegetables are high in fiber and will help keep you feeling fuller longer. I would suggest adding a cup for an afternoon snack and at dinner. Most cup fulls of fruit or…
