I have a friend trying to talk me into one too....but she hasn't even tried it yet! I'm going to do my regular garden this summer and if this thing actually works for her maybe I will give it a try next fall.

just asked my doctor this very question yesterday and her asnwer was definately yes. if you are losing weight its less estrogen than your body is used to and your cycle gets all mixed up....she said it should regulate within a few months.

I have tried all sorts of "walking" shoes and I think the Nike "running" shoes provide the most comfort and support- I can power walk for an hour and my feet still feel good.

you know what is just as good and less calories? a toasted sandwhich thin, microwaved egg whites and a 2% cheese slice....we make these all the time! Can't beat weight watchers for convenience though.

morningstar riblets! As a carnivore I never liked ribs but as a vegetarian I love these things. I also like some of the Quorn products quite a bit though they are not vegan.

there are so low cal beers out there- they don't taste great but better than water. And drink a glass of water for each beer.

they are so good! Like eating a big chewy cookie but only 100 calories!

no matter what I eat or drink I am always hungry too. I think my stomach is stretched out from years of big portions.....I'm told in time it will get better.

anyone will lose weight on 500 calories a day, sounds like a scam....and not healthy.
