i brought a uk size 12 pair of jeans and i can button them!! ok so they give me a muffin top but we all need something to motivate us and that is one hell of a motivation to me as since the age of 11 i have never been any smaller than a 14!! :)

you look great!! i started at 196lb have lost 35 (i'm just over half way-total of 56lb to lose) so similar goals, and if i look even nearly as different as you do now i'll be a happy girl! well done x

feel free to add, my diary is open. i try and stay under my carb goal most days. but i,ve had to ditch pasta and potatoes :( only eat them occasionally now and in moderation

good for you! i started here with 56lb to lose and i'm well over the halfway mark now. i've never been able to stick to a diet but after a while counting those calories, weighing food and being accountable become habit. feel free to add me and good luck!:smile:

i always cook what i'm going to eat, no extra. my dinner usually comes in around 500cals or so( i'm set to 1300 but try and keep close to 1200), i eat a lot of veggie stirfrys and curry and chilli the only thing i ever cook in bulk is veg chilli (low in cals anyway) and sometimes i'll sneak another couple of spoonfuls!!…

i'll be honest, yes we have a tv and its often on even when we aren't watching it, i also have kids and there are certain times when said tv comes in useful to let me get on (cleaning cooking that sort of thing). but do we really need it in our house...... no! when the tv is off my children are calmer, better behaved,…

quite alot of this!! and he was right! then started my change of lifestyle, i brought some scales at my first weigh in i realised i was 28lb heavier than HIM:noway: ...and nearly the same weight as i was at apx 6 months pregnant. 29lb down i am now ME again :happy:
