dreamatdusk...I can relate. I have pretty much the same story---found out I was preg and stopped counting calories. I'm back to counting (as of a few hours ago LOL) because I feel out of control.

Mine is open. I make mine out every morning and print it out, so I know what I'm eating for the day (I do not do well with flying by the seat of my pants). I'm a work in progress and you will still see junk on mine (for instance, at supper today I'm having half a cup of Betty Crocker Loaded Mashed Potatoes).....so...like…

I could have written a very similar post as yours. I'm nursing a rotten, painful tooth (that gets pulled on Tuesday) and after doing extremely well, I've had a couple days of doing EXTREMELY ROTTEN (for instance....I ate cupcakes and ice cream and sonic today and all of my calories were spent on junk by 1 pm). Our church first did this about a year and a half ago. I didn't even try because it was SO foreign from the way I ate. (which was junk). I'm super excited that I actually LIKE enough healthy stuff now to give it a try!

New Balance are the only ones that I've found that work for me. I went to the New Balance store and had my feet evaluated (?) and they sold me inserts to correct my weirdness (I tend to walk on the outsides of my feet) and they are the BEST. I tried. other brands and had to go back to New Balance.
