I love the booth thingthere was a certain restuarant I used to go to that I was SO embarrassed (I was with a group) because I couldn't fit in the booth!

I take pics every 10 pounds, whether I think I can see a difference or not. When I lost 50 and then 60, I thought I was looking a lot better and felt like a skinny minnie. But now that I'm at 65, for some reason that I can't put my finger on, I'm feeling fatter and feel like I look fatter. *sigh*

I eat them a lot and your body WILL adjust. Someone suggested reducing your fiber from other sources. I 100% DISAGREE with that. When you are trying to lose weight, don't cut back on your fiber. ever. I also eat Kashi granola bars (mocha is my favorite, but it is hard to find). They are actually a bit more natural and not…

I feel like I'm this skinny little thing LOL Every once in a while, I'll see myself in the mirror and realize---oh wow---I'm still fat! (I have 75 pounds to goal) But I think the best compliment was from my sister who told me I now look like a normal person. :)
