I see that this is a very old post...but here I am! I am pentecostal/apostolic and I wear skirts all the time. I too am not opposed to wearing leggings or something under my skirt. Sure, there may be *SOME* things that can't be done in a skirt, but not many. Just skip the things you can't do modestly and do something else…
