100% agree on the feeling cold. I would long for the colder days and *kitten* wear short sleeves and shorts, now I wear multiple layers. I used to sweat eating, now the only place I sweat is in the gym lol.

I started at 312lbs and began walking from the train station to my office. I started by walking to the next bus stop each day. After 2 weeks I was walking to work and now doing 40 mins at 4mph on the treadmill. As others have said, do not try and copy others and just do your own thing.

Well done. I lost my first 50lbs by diet and walking to work. Been training for 4 weeks and the satisfaction I get is immense. Keep it going!!

If your in London and like a curry, then suggest you get on the District Line (Underground) and head to Aldgate East and take the 2 min walk to Brick Lane. Tons of fantastic restaurants to choose from and all willing to offer you something different to entice you in.

I tried it as I was intrigued to see what it tasted like. I love it and although it's expensive, I will defiantly buy it again.

I have just got some PB2 from amazon.co.uk. It's a little pricey, but it's almost guilt free peanut butter.

EggNogg Latte WAS my weakness, but I will resist this year as 353 calories is not going to work :-(

I have lost 34lbs in 3 months, but then I started at 282lbs.

Hi all, Im a newbie to the site and after reading this thread has me confused. Using calculators on the same site (www.calculator.net) it tells me that my BMR is 2238 and my TDEE is 2186 (to lose 1lb p/w). Does this sound correct??
