I completed week 3 day one today. The first 3 minute run was tough especially since I was going uphill. The second one was easier. I hope I can hold out without repeating it but I am determined not to give up!

Im on week 2 also. Im 49 and totally new to exercise period but I do feel better after my runs but Im not going to lie I am getting nervous about the weeks to come. I have been encouraged by this group and I believe its going to be a big help. Maybe the group will help us both!!

I dont agree with a cheat day either. People shouldnt "diet". They should eat healthy and it would just trigger food cravings and a road of poor eating choices. I do say on your birthday and a handful of special days its okay to totally let go but only knowing you will have to add more exercise and get back on track before…
