Since i started back in October of 2008 i have always allowed myself to eat whatever i wanted on the weekends (still workout). So do you think I have "zig zagging" to some extent? I too have never leveled out and have always lost at least 2lbs a month?

I agree, this is a pretty common topic and everthing i read tells you to just move on and eat your normal cals...I personally would do a little extra aerobic work

I walk my dog for 20 minutes each morning, then I run 3.1 miles and finish my morning up with 30 minutes of Jillian Michael circuit training (No More Trouble Zones). If i can get away at lunch i like to walk for 20-25 minutes...I do this thru the week and weekends i leave for fun stuff like tennis or bike rides with my…
