I used it for 2 months and lost 18lbs! That was about 4 months ago...I love it and still use it 2-3x a week along with running. Good luck.

Sounds stupid...but when i want to indulge i always say to myself thats what the devils wants me to do and i works for me most of the time... OR I saw another MFPer say to just once do the opposite of want i want to do..I use that sometimes too. Good luck curbing those craving, I now all to well how hard it can be
