Hi, I am starting Jillian's boost your metabolism workout on demand at home and I was wondering when I log this, what do I log it as?

    I have always logged it in as Circuit Training similar to 30 day shred...Not sure if correct?...BTW great work out!

    thank you so much, I thought that is what it might be and I just wanted to double check. It looks awesome, I can't wait to start it, that is what I will be doing after work tonite!
