Anyone have a Gazelle?

I don't have a instruction booklet with it and need to know how to change the resistance on it. Any help would be appreciated. :smile:

    I have a Power plus. You change the resistance by moving the shocks in the front of the machine. But you can go to the Gazelle website and print out the manual for your specific machine for free. Good luck and happy gazelling:flowerforyou:

    i have one.
    bought from a friend, i was gunna give it tp my mom cause it is so good on bad knees.

    i downloaded the complete manual off the www.
    i do not think u can resistance.

    On the one we have, there are 4 positions for the shocks and changing the position changes the resistance.
