I've done it before in the past but never got past level 2. I restarted at the end of May and am now on my 3rd of level 3. My arms especially hurt from level 3. My first favorite book is Anne of Green Gables. I still love Anne and all of L.M. Montgomery's books. It's so hard to pick favorites but a few are Pillars of the Earth- Ken Follett A Tree Grows in Brooklyn- Betty Smith Adrian Mole books by Sue Townsend

Sounds like fun! Yes, there is a lot of walking to do. If you do buffets, just get smaller portions of things. Just try to do everything in moderation.

I can related too. I just went too much on the snacking side and when the scale was creeping up to close to 200 lbs that really gave me a reality check. I usually have no will power but I started this 2 weeks ago and haven't looked back. It's hard at times I admit but I try to keep pushing through. You can do it!

I'm in! I've been doing level 2 for the past week.

I was confused about this too. MFP gives me 1200 calories too. I was on WW before and I'm used to that you don't have to use your exercise calories if you don't want to. Still a little confused.

I'm doing it too. I've done it off and on in the past but seriously started again a week ago. I started with level 2 since that's where I left off. I've done it 4 times in the past week and also spending time walking and on the elliptical. Feel free to add me as a friend.
