Jillian's One Week Shred
I've done the 30 Day Shred several times and was wondering if anyone's done her one week shred workout. Is it much harder? Did it work for you?

One year
I love reading everyone's stories and looking at pics so I thought I'd add some of my own. Just a little over a year on MFP and almost at 21 lbs lost but still a ways to go. I've had my ups and downs but have stuck with it in the end. I'm glad I took pictures because I don't feel like I look any different.

Losing pounds but not many inches
It's been hard; I've been on here for almost a year and have almost lost 20 lbs. I am also taking measurements but don't see much of a difference there. I've only lost 2.5" in my waist and 3" from my hips and a few other inches here and there. I just thought I might have lost more inches by now.

30 DS Level 2 and 1 Done!

NMTZ and 30DS level 1 I did this workout yesterday, It wasn't too bad. I'm curious on the calorie burn with those with HRMs. I logged as circuit training in MFP and it gave me 777 which I think is too high.

Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and Quick Trouble Zones I can't believe we're almost done! I think I did the best I've ever done with the Banish Fat workout.

What's up next?
What are you going to do after this? I am going away on August 8 for a few weeks and am kinda busy until then and probably can't fit a workout in some of the days. I am probably going to alternate between these videos and not sure what I will do when I come back the last week of August.

Rest day! I am going to be super busy tomorrow so I did tomorrow's workout today and will take the rest day tomorrow.

The dreaded Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism Doesn't seem to get much easier. I was tired after 20 mins instead of 15 mins so I guess that's something. And the last circuit was tough for me today.

Quick Trouble Zones Not too bad. I must say though, this is the first time I've done it with 3 lbs weights as I only had 1.5 lbs weights before and finally got another pair. And it wasn't bad at all.

30 Day Shred Level 2 and Level 1 Wasn't as bad as doing level 1 first. Good workout.

Rest day! My activity for today was cleaning the basement, working from 10-3 today and not quite done yet!

Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism Ugh, got through it. After the first 15 mins, I'm ready to die but then after the floor circuit I am better until the last 2 circuits kick my butt again.

No More Trouble Zones I was still hurting a little bit from yesterday! The first part of the last circuit is always hard for me!

30 Day Shred Level 1 and 2 This was harder than I thought it would be but I knew exactly what I was doing as I have the 30DS practically memorized now. I timed it as 51 minutes.

Trouble Zones My legs don't hurt me anymore the day after I do this one, which is good. But today I was tired physcially after doing this.

30 Day Shred Level 2 I didn't really feel like getting up and doing this today since I was having a blah day yesterday about my weight and progress. But I did it and glad I did!

30 day shred level 1 I'm still not feeling up to speed so I'm going to take another day of rest today and hopefully back to exercising tomorrow!

Rest day! Well, I will definitely be resting today since I'm still getting over my cold. Otherwises, I might do a walk today.

Quick Trouble Zones Circuits without floor work, circuits 1, 3, and 4, I believe I don't know if I'll be working out today. I picked up a cold and don't feel so good right now.
