Rest day!
Well, I will definitely be resting today since I'm still getting over my cold. Otherwises, I might do a walk today.

Since I took a rest day yesterday, I did Quick Trouble Zones today. It was really hard for some reason... not having the floor routines to catch my breath I think0

I took my rest day on Friday so today I did 30 Day Shred Level 1. It took me 27 minutes and my heart rate monitor clocked me at 230 calories burned. Whew- the pushups were hard after all the arm work I got doing No More Trouble Zones yesterday.0
