Feel free to introduce yourself! I'm 37, stay at home mom to 3 kids under 10. I've been overweight most of the time since I've had kids and I finally decided to do something about it last month. I'm down almost 10 lbs, looking to lose 40 more. I did the 30 DS shred last month and onto this!

DAY 5
Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism Wow, this was the hardest one yet for me,. I wanted to quit after 15 minutes! What a workout! Again, I'm not sure about calories burnt.

30 Day Shred Level 1 My legs are hurting from yesterday. I also did a lot of walking yesterday afternoon and evening at a festival and in the city. When I started the jumping jacks today, ow, my legs really hurt!

DAY 3
No More Trouble Zones Wow, that was pretty intense. Some things were easier than others; I was getting tired towards the end! Do you log this as circuit training? Logging it as circuit training tells me I burned 491 calories but that seems high to me. I don't have a HRM though.

30 Day Shred Level 1 I haven't done level 1 for a while and I was surprised that some things were still hard for me like push ups (but I don't think I can ever do them right!) and jumping jacks and jump rope together. How is everyone else doing?

When did you notice a difference in how you looked?
I've just only started a few weeks ago and I'm happy with being 5 lbs down already. I haven't noticed a difference in how I look yet but I'm supposing it's too early still. My clothes don't fit any different yet either. When did you notice a difference?
