Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism

Wow, this was the hardest one yet for me,. I wanted to quit after 15 minutes! What a workout! Again, I'm not sure about calories burnt.

    The plyometrics really killed me tonight. It's odd when you are looking forward to jumping jacks and jump ropes for your 'recovery' phases. :)

    I love the kickboxing circuits... they don't hurt and I like how powerful I feel while doing them ^^ I was holding my own in the workout until Circuit 6. Hopefully next time I do this tape I can actually do the poly-metrics with her. I substituted squats for the two jumping squat monstrosities!!
