Haven't done today's session yet, but this challenge (along with my deficit eating) is working well for me. I've lost > 6 lbs since we've started.0

Amlygo, I am glad you are feeling better.
I just finished today's workout. It was tough but felt good when I was finished. My HRM clocked me at 254 calories but I actually forgot to punch until the warmup was finished.
The arm exercises with weights were really tough for me. My husband probably got tired of hearing me grunt and groan.0 -

My legs are hurting today again going up stairs and such. I looked back and realized that's what happened last time I did No More Trouble Zones. I guess I just have to get used to that one more.0

Done. Most difficult exercises for me are the military press outs. Hit all my weaknesses-balance, core and arm strength.0
