I'm 5'3. It took me two months exactly to lose 26.2 pounds, so not quite 30 yet but close.

I'm doing weight watchers.

I would do it if I wasn't so shy, I couldn't stand up there on the scales in just my bra and shorts for all America to see! Plus I have lost enough weight now that I wouldn't meet the requirements anyways. I love the show though. It's always worth a shot to try to get on if you really want to!

First I was on ortho tri-cyclen bcp, then I tried yaz, then ocella. Ocella was the best pill for me but they stopped it because of the lawsuits. So now I'm on the Zarah bcp, it's working ok but I liked Ocella better, but obviously I can't take that anymore. :(

I'm doing weight watchers and tracking my calories on MFP. I've been in ww for two months now and have lost about 25 pounds. For me, it's a good option because I'm learning about the right foods to eat. I love going to the meetings (my leader is great!) and socializing face to face with people who are in the same boat as…

Every morning w/o clothes on and after I use the bathroom. But I don't stress out if I am the same or have gained. My official weigh in day is on Mondays though, that's the one I use on here.

I'm in WW right watchers right now. Started on April 16. In three weeks I've lost 13.2 pounds. Yes it is expensive, but I find that weighing in front of a stranger helps keeps me more accountable and more likely to stick with it, more than just weighing in on here (which I still do). But that's just me and I know different…

I typically eat dinner around 6-6:30 and don't eat anything until 7:30 the next morning. I don't go to bed hungry, but sometimes I wake up at 3-4:00 am feeling hungry but I wait to eat until I wake up for good to eat anything. By that time I'm starving, or at least I think so lol. I also feel lighter in the morning!

Hi there! Good luck on your journey! I'm 22 and 5'3. At the start of my weight loss I had 95 pounds to lose. So I'm getting there slowly, which is how it should be.

I'm doing the biggest loser bootcamp dvd. I love it because you utilize hand weights, exercise ball, and resistance bands. Overall, I think it's a great workout!
