Hi all!!! Day 14 down..this challenge seems to be getting harder, not easier...not sure what that is all about. If this challenge carries over to next month I will have to change my cutoff time from 8 to 9 as Im up later, doing alot more...and really craving the "junk" food. I tell myself that if you REALLY want that…

10 days down...and counting...not sure why this seems to be getting harder instead of easier. Im finding nicer weather has one busy and I don't make the time for proper eating and exercising. The cutoff time (this particular challenge) has really helped in motivating me to not KEEP eating all night long. Grammymax-hope you…

7 days consecutive so far...I need to put some effort into exercising as Ive been slacking in that area and need to get back on track. Maybe if Im REAL good for a week I can step back on the scale and get back into the swing of things...awesome job everyone is doing!!!

Hello again!!! Day one down...my cutoff time is 8:00 pm. This is such an important challenge to overcome as I find eating and exercising properly all day long is quite easy..but not eating at night is the difficult part. Thanks Zaza for the challenge and hope to see lots of "big consecutive days" numbers at the end of the…

Awesome job Dewdrop and Zaza!!!! I can't wait to get back into a "normal" routine again- haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks but I haven't been doing extra exercises either. I find the "no late night snacking" challenge is getting to be more habit now and am putting things down instead of in my mouth. Keep up the great work…

Just checking in once again..Zaza way to go on sticking with this...you have no idea how many people look forward to your threads, encouraging remarks and just the perserverance. Awesome...as far as my "late night snacking goes..." I have had the odd apple or fiber one bar in the wee hours of the morning (out in the barns…

Thanks so much Zaza and Dewdrop for the sweet comments...IF I have to cheat I will make good choices and only eat something small to take the edge off. Ate an apple at 2:00am this morning and that kept me going til breakfast. This challenge has been a Godsend to me..the junkfood junkie that eats at night, every night had…

I am going to bow out of the snack challenge for the next 40 days or so...I have been foaling here and that entails getting up every 2-3 hours. Ive been doing alright so far, but finding getting light headed from lack of sleep and no food past 8:00pm. It is a stressful time with not much sleep and Im wondering if not…

Half a month is gone...and all is well - so far. Welcome to all the newbies on this thread. Easter weekend was definately a challenge - looking at all the Easter candy. Day 7 as well and yes, WE ARE GOOD!!! aren't we? This challenge above all others is what is making the biggest impact on my poor eating habits.
