Day 3 down...I too find the cravings crazy at night...I tell myself that if I can hold off until morning that I can eat whatever I please (ice cream, chocolate, junkfood) Come morning I sure don't want any of that stuff. Day one complete...and since my weigh in was this morning - I got a reward for this challenge...I have been on the site for 6 weeks now and have lost a total of 9 inches and 14 lbs. Day 16 and all is VERY well..had a weigh in this morning and 3 weeks now on the site and have lost 12 lbs. HI...my breakfast this morning was scrambled eggs (one whole and 2 egg whites) with green pepper and onion..110 cal..then put in a Dempsters Ancient Grain Tortilla wrap with 1 tbsp of nacho cheese. spread on it..120 cal..so total of 230 cal. Have with either fruit or yogurt...love the taste and it makes you feel full.

Hi there...Im a horse trainer and breeder. I raise Quarter horses and Paints and usually run about 40 head of horses. Foaling season and breeding season are right away so it will be the busiest time of year for me. My hubby has a vinyl siding company in town.
