Well, I finished day 10 level 1! I can do the first set of push-ups, but the second set is a no-go. Those side lunge raises kill me too! I can just barely get through them- but if I were to do full out push-ups, I know I would be compromising the rest of the workout. I'm really excited to get to Level 2.....the repetition…

I'm starting this today as well! I would love a buddy to do this with! I was going to wait to start until March- but after seeing all the success stories with it, I just couldn't wait! Plus the 20 minutes a day is very appealing!

I'm a 28 year old Mommy, and just like you, I have lost weight in the past with little difficulty. When I could take off for the rec center whenever I felt like it, it was a breeze! But now family obligations take first priority, and it is hard for me to find time and motivation. I would love to be friends!
