Add me if you are truly motivated, Some days we all need a little kick in the pants and I am no exception. Also looking for meal ideas I am getting bored lately. I am also doing a 90 day challenge at the local gym.

Sounds similar to what i went through a few years ago, Fibromyalgia is what i was diagnosed with. Doctors advise was get quality sleep, exercise and cut aspartame out of diet. But i would strongly suggest you see a DR. as soon as you can afford it. Good Luck

My name is Sondra. Well I have been fighting the same 3 pounds off and then on again with out changing anything much so I am looking forward to the challenge. More exercise and less carbs. I have about 15 pounds to go total. I would be happy to lose 6 in the next six weeks. Just need to find my Atkins book for the meal…
