I'm a wholegrain person too, have been for many years, and skimmed/semi skimmed milk. I only eat white flour when I want to eat cake! Brown rice tastes better than white too.....x

I'm having the same dilemma....I've set my goal at 1400 net calories a day as I'm quite tall...I'm 5'9", and I would have been going through around 2400 calories pre-diet as well! I've yet to see if this has a significant impact along with making sure I exercise every day, I'm going to hang on for a week more at this level…
