I'm starting the 5-day jump start today with the hubby. Workouts fell by the wayside this past month with all the traveling and being sick. Time to pick it up again. I could use some friends for motivation and to help me to be accountable.

Hi...I'm on day 37. You notice a body difference in the 4th week, but I"m told that you will really notice a difference at the end of phase 2. I do know that I am much stronger and limber than when I started and have lost about a dress size with no weight lost.

I tried to do Insanity, but my knees wouldn't hold. I'm doing P90x and losing the inches while building up strength. I may try Insanity again after antoher round of P90x.

OK...done. Whew...did them with 5lb weights. Arms are burning since I just did P90x Arms and Shoulders last night.

I'm back as well. Please add me. Anyone else that wants to add me? Please feel free. I need all the support I can get. Not only I'm I back to clean up my eating, loose weight, but I am tackling P90X (for the 3rd time) and I really want to go all 90 days instead of a couple of weeks. Thanks all!
