  • You and I are very similar in measurements except that mine are 28.5 Waist, 35.5 Hips and 38.0 in the Bust. I am 5'6 and a half and I went from 184.5 to 143.5. I wanted to stop at 137.0 but I want to see if I can make it to 130.0 pounds. Wish me luck!!
  • I am not sure if I am half an hour glass figure...I have an ok waist line but I still think I am chunky in that region with a 28.5. My hips are small with a measurement of 35.5.   • Wow, I had my Gallbladder removed in 5/1999 and was never given a list of forbidden foods to never eat. I do eat lowfat foods and eat healthy but consuming lean protein, watch the carbs and eat lots of fruits and veggies. As for exercise I workout a minimum of 1 hour a day and a max of 2 hours.   • Ignore the scale, it's like watching a pot of water that won't boil. You are doing great because you are losing inches. Don't worry the scale will catch up with the inches, it just takes some time!! :smile:

  • I started on January 1st as well and was a hefty 184.5 pounds and am down to 151.5 as of this morning. I exercise at least one hour a day and am using the Weight Watchers program. It truly works and I feel great. 14 more pounds to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • I have been there as well when I dropped 12 pounds in the first month and then stopped for 3 weeks. Just keep on doing what your doing and the weight will come off.
