Thanks to everyone for the good wishes, I've stuck to plain dry foods today and I'm starting to feel better, if a little light headed still. So I'm going to take another rest day tomorrow, and just do a little walking, and I'll be back to giving it my all on friday. xxx

Here they are, there was a / missing from the cose and I changed uppercase IMG to lower case img x

I ended up having to work late and then by the time I got home, put my daughter to bed and made myself something to eat it was 9 pm and I felt nauseaus, I put ot down to eating a meal so late after going all afternoon on very little. I felt awful about…

Oh, my Dr advised me to do kegals, and I have to say they worked for me, but I've not read your article yet. I'll take a look a bit later. Ok, L1 D2 SUCKED!!!!!! I've ached all day after day one yesterday, and I was not looking forward to tonights workout. But I dug deep and put it on the second I got in through the door…

If you look at the selection of codes on pb, one will begin [IMG][/img]

Lol mine too, I'm not looking forward to shredding when I get in from work, just do as much as you can and lower the intensisty (lighter weighs, less reps) if you need to. In a couple of days (Typically around day 4 for me) the aches will go and you'll feel great!

I was actually dreading this part. Every time I've started the shread I've had this problem, as having my daughter made my pelvic floor weak. I was very surprised yesterday (my day 1) that this didn't happen, I guess that must mean that my pelvic floor is starting to get stronger again. (daughter is 4 this summer lol) I…

No such thing as not being experienced enough, everyone is welcome to throw their hat into the ring:happy:

I move on after 10 days, by then (except level 3) I'm brgining to find the workout a lot easier than the first few days. Level 3 I still find tough o the last day lol.
-
Maybe you could try using lower weights fo the shred on days after you've been weight training untill you get more used to the shred?
-
My fav moves are the chest flies - chance to catch your breath lol. I also struggle with push ups and the lunges - they hurt my knees. I just do as many deep lunges as I can before I start to feel it in my knees, when it starts to hurt join pain, not just muscle ache) I contine but more Anita style, i.e. not so deep. I…

Happy Birthday!!! You need a set of hand weights and a mat if your going to do it on a hard floor. You just need enough room to be able to do push ups and jumping jacks. Its tough to start with, but stick with it, by day 4 or 5 you'll be feeling great! Good luck!

This T-shirt is far from flattering at the moment, but its the same one that I'm wearing in my profile pic, about 10 lbs and a good few inches ago. I'm embarassed to post them, but I'm hoping that putting them 'out there' will help to motivate me so that I look like my profile pic again! Oh and check out my favourite…

You need to post the photobucket code that begins and ends with , but delete the lower case img and replace it with upper case
-
Great to have you on board Meee! Its been a while since I shreded but usually by around day 4 or 5 it startsto get a bit easier for me, as in I'm not breathing quite so hard and I'm able to complete all the exercises with no breaks, and can start doing some of the harder Natalie moves. Like you I still push myself to go…

If I'm not wearing my HRM (need a new battery) I also log as circuit training general. That gives me less than wearing my HRM but I'd rather underestimate than eat too much.

Its my all time favourite work out! Fantastic for toning up and (in my case) banishing the wobbly bits. We have a group just starting up, feel free to come and join us! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/4005-30-day-shreders

Yeah, level 2 has the toughest strengh sections doesn't it? Clare, were we in the same row the world challenge a little while ago? I know there was a ClareB there, but now that our personalised signatures arn't allowed I find it difficult to recognise people.

Hi reenmelbs! We are doing Jillians 30 day shred dvd. It entails 20 mins exercise (and a quick warm up/cool down) Jillians dvd is set out into 3 6 six minute circuits. 3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio and 1 min abs in each circuit. It doesn't sound like a lot but its quite a tough workout and I have personally seen fantastic…

Only everytime I work out with Jillian lol!

Wow! We had 23 menbers when I went to bed last night, this morning we have 73! Way to go group! For those whe asked, it doesn't matter when you start as long as you keep track and try and log in each day to say you have completed your shred and how you're feeling. I'll start some new topics for each level so we can log it…
