I have it and was a little disapointed. I love Jillian's work outs and have nearly all of them, but this one just doesn't do it for me. I can't really say why,maybe its because it seems easier than her other stuff, I still felt like I needed a good work out at the end of it.

It could be water weight if either you ate a lot of salt yesterday or if your period is due.

Anything by Jillian Michaels (except maybe shred it with weights - I can't get on with that one), I love her workouts!

I had weak knees when I started the shred, so I just did as many reps of the lunges ect as I could manage and just continued with the arms when they started to hurt. Gradually I built up to doing everything, and now my knees (not to mention everything else!) are much stronger than they ever were. So if you do get a problem…

I echo this I love Leslie Sansones dvd's and I do them as part ofmy weekly rotation. I also do Jillian's work outs which are tough going, so I'd say start out woith leslie and work your way up from there. Good luck!

I like Jillian Michaels 'No more trouble zones dvd'. Its an all over body toning workout and I had lovely defined arms when I did it a few times a week regularly. I used 5lb weights.

I have a great Salter digital set. Not only do they measure to 0.2 of a lb, but they also give %fat, musscle, and water, plus an estimated BMR. I love them, and I don't think they were too expensive. I bought them from Argos.

No Wednesday is a rest day. The water challenge is a way of keeping the boats moving even though we arn't allowed to log any calories for that day.

I tend to work harder when I'm wearing my HRM, just because I can actually see the calories ticking away. I have a cheap and cheerful one, but lots of folks on MFP reccomend Polar.
