  • Since you're now including more strenght/weight training in your workouts, you are most likely building muscle. Rather than focusing on the number your scale is giving you, I would suggest keeping a records of your measurements. Your overall weight may be up due to the muscle your building, but you could be losing inches.…
  • rcatr - that's a very healthy way to look at things. :smile: We are always harder on ourselves and quick to see our 'flaws'. More often than not, no one else even notices the things we think are wrong with our bodies and obssess about.
