you are looking close to a burn out. you shouldnt run every day. you need time to recoup and let your muscles repair yourself. if not, you wont see any changes in your running (distance, speed). Are you running for weight loss? or training for a race?

Way thicker and more protein. I add either fresh fruit or a scoop of protein powder for a more filling snack

sounds like either you have your shoes laced too tight or too narrow.

women dont have the hormones as men to 'bulk up' also women in these pictures are probably on strick diet and exercise regiments. I dont think they are bulky at all. Very lean and hardly any body fat, they look great!!(EXCEPT FOR THE 1ST PIC) to me bulky is when you are doing a bunch of weight training and youre not doing…

Candy? maybe your meals should be more in fiber and protien that would make you fuller longer. If you need to snack, pretzels are good, fresh fruit better than dried just because of the added sugar in dried fruit, veggies, yogurt, cheese sticks, hummus

ditto with the HRM.

Since im short on time, i try to incorporate multiple muscle groups at the same time with very short breaks (10-20 seconds) inbetween sets. Sometimes I do Tabata training, or i use the Nike Training Camp APP to make my own circuits.

You can't workout on that one spot, so I suggest card workouts to burn far. I still have that problem even after my 30 lb loss, but it's not as bad. I also suggest weight lifting and toning exercises to make your legs leaner

keep massaging it. if you have a foam roller or the stick use that and maybe hot & cold compresses. did you stretch before your run? I usually warmup, stretch, do my run, cool down then stretch again. Ive never had any problems with my hamstrings in hot or cold weather. You may want to do some strength training exercises…

I run all year long. Coldest ive ran was in 17 degree weather. Hate the dreadmill and prefer running outside. The only time i wont run is if its icy or the plows havent been out yet to clear the roads

i hit a plateau that lasted 2 year and i did everything i could to lose more weight. My trainer and nutritionist @ the gym both told me that i was taking in too little calories for the amount of exercise i was doing ( i was training for a marathon) and that my body was going into starvation mode. They had me increase my…

Running did it for me. My husband said that he could tell my legs getting thinner and toner. Then lots of strength training

lots of squats, lunges and plyos. The jiggle is fat so lots of cardio for caloric burn and of course watch your meals

Do you stretch before running? Have you looked into getting new running shoes? These could cause your shin splints., When i start feeling anything different in my shins, i get a new pair. So far (knock on wood) no shin splints I keep my TM @ a 2 - 2.5% incline to simulate actual outdoor running. Keeping it @ 0 youre more…
