Well maybe the fact that these are pretty damn spicy, that might slow you down, lol! I made these as christmas gifts and they were pretty good. Unfortunately I used wax paper instead of parchment. That was awesome... DON'T USE WAX PAPER.

I get bored of the same old ****. So I'm finding myself wanting to run @ lunch time and do weights after work rather than the RI30. My legs are very sore this evening, from both RI30 vids and running. I've decided to take the evening off. I think I will do 1 more Level 2 then move on to Level 3 on Friday.

My shoulders are so tight! Still struggling w/the cardio and crow pushups! I just finished week 2 day 3 and I am the sweatiest I've been. The only part I really took a break from was cardio and the serving lunges. I hate those!

No difference yet, as it has only been about 4 days. But I think it's increased my energy, but the sun beats it right out of me. It's easy to follow, as skipping breakfast is easy for me. I just drink coffee w/splenda all am :)

I need to invest in some smaller weights. For 5 lbs this is ridiculous! Really hard to do the moves with awkward, bulky weights!
