 I fit into the "hang there as long as possible" category which makes me  you all that more OP :D

How tall are you? At 5'5" and 150Ibs I'm still classed as overweight. I mean, that's using BMI which isn't great but it's a decent enough guideline if you're fairly average. You can find some ideal weight calculators online that will give you a guide weight/BMI. Just bear in mind the restrictions of BMI (e.g. doesn't…

Hold up now....no Joe Manganiello pics? What has this thread come to!!

^^ what he said! Well, I'll have to watch Game of Thrones now ;)

TurboFire was one of the first programmes I tried after I started exercising - it worked REALLY well for me. I lost a lot of weight whilst doing it (from 170-155Ibs) but I also combined that with a caloric deficit and C25K (which worked up to running 5k 3xweek) - so it's hard to tell what you'd get from the programme on…

I think this is my favourite forum post of all time

Wow you look totally different!! Well done!

See, I always looked fat in pictures because I was fat  But yeah, there are definitely ways of looking smaller/better in pictures :)

Nope, I'd totally take myself out with any weapon and it would be useless and possibly even dangerous to me if I were attacked. I do practice martial arts though

I use an arm strap to look after my phone, my key and a little money. Works for me. No bouncing, which irritates the hell out of me and easy access :) ETA: misread your initial post, sorry. I don't see what you mean about it feels like carrying your phone, but each to their own :)

1700 does seem low for TDEE but not amenorrhea low - I think it's probably best to go and see your doctor just to check everything out. 2 days fasting doesn't seem to have this effect for most people from what I've read, unless you're eating nothing when you're not fasting too! edit: sorry I can't remember whether you said…

I think the question is what do you eat "normally?"

Oh that website looks so nice.....*drools*

I have an FT4 and it does this occasionally - but not as much as this. It's usually when I've sweated too much, it seems to lose conductivity if it's too wet (lovely, lol). Also it has to be quite high on my ribcage compared to my old HRM - the positioning does have quite an effect for mine. My old HRM had the monitor go…

Only when you wash it :)

 This, so much this. Lol. But even with the snoring and the moving about and the constant getting up I'd rather share a bed. For a start he's warmer than I am

My partner and family don't dare laugh at me now that I'm stronger than them  You haven't lost your marbles at all, there have been several recent reports stating the health benefits of lifting relating to not only bone density, but diabetes and cardiovascular disease so, welcome to an amazing exercise

^^ I have this exact problem. Once I push through the barrier it gets so much easier, but getting there is like psychological torture  I was just reading an article talking about psychological preparation for running - maybe thinking "hey, I can do this and I like to do this" before you go out (even if it feels…

bumping to see what responses you get - I have a very similar issue :)
-
^^ this. Form is key - get that right and then get the weight on :)

This actually made me snort my drink out of my nose. Thanks for that... And that looks like finger prints on your mirror to me - I agree with the doggy comments, dogs KNOW things

Bottom middle and bottom right imo :) I love the colour of that bottom middle one!

ooooh, well that is just adorable
