Ahahaha, I might get that - i'm a good 5'4" when I'm stretching, so it's handy to have around. My new crush is 6'2", so if things work out maybe I'll have someone to help me with the top shelves :D B)

*hug* I'm afraid I can't help with the stepladder though!

Accept :D

I'm well aware of the reality. Too much so, I might go so far to say, one thing you shouldn't do is assume a stranger's backstory or previous knowledge. But you CAN and SHOULD expect decency from people, you just need to face the fact you may not always get it. To say "it's just the way it is" indicates that "that's ok…

And wow, just skim read the comments. Jesus, how can people still be saying "cover up better" in 2018. What. The. Hell.

Get a better sports bra. I'm a HH and use a a "shock absorber" bra. I can run, hike, jump, do HIIT, ride horses.... no problems :) ETA: shock absorber BRAND bra, not the Panache style. SA bras do different levels of support, they're a monocup which is a negative point but they do do their job well!

I'm not sure if anyone has said this, but the anatomy of a squat is different for different people depending on internal and external hip rotation and the flexibility of your hips, hammies and ankles. I'd totally go with going lighter and focusing on keeping the back straight but have you tried different foot placement…

I love this guy! It's a great resource!

Just to weigh in here (pun intended, haha), I weigh myself every day (I'm in a period of tracking fluid retention for other reasons), my weight can change up to 2kg day to day (I've even seen a whopping 9kg....that was unusual though!!). But I'm curious, why WERE you weighing yourself hourly? Curiosity?

I personally don't understand what someone's bodyweight has to do with anyone else. If someone's fat, they're likely to know it. They're likely to know the effects. If they want to stay that way it's up to them. Imo it's only worth a discussion if it becomes a wider issue which actually affects you in some way. Basically…

I'm really no expert, truly, but it sounds like there's a massive miscommunication that's happened somewhere along the line. Why is he so set on getting a house before being married? I mean, it's a nice idea but given you have some nice, solid reasons to not do it it's a bit weird. I'd totally go with trust issues - are…

Haha, yeah, I even had the dish ready to start popping it all :D Oh, birthdays! Yes, excellent excuse for cake!! Happy Birthday for Thursday! :)

:D Well this was a disappointment ;) Have an amazing weekend!! I plan on eating cake tomorrow, so mine will be super B)

She's saying that she's having issues SEEING the number of carbs she's eating on her diary. There's no issue with actually eating them. Sorry OP, I don't have any advice other than it'll be weird until you get used to seeing those numbers popping up in your diary - but if you do it and don't gain weight eventually your…

Hey, just to chime in with the other responses - we're fairly similar in stats and when I was losing weight successfully before I'd have a "cycling" system for calories where I'd eat slightly less on some days (maybe days I wasm't that hungry for example) and then just add those missed calories to the end of the week and…

Stress actually has a major factor in the increase of certain chemicals in the blood, primarily corticosteriods (although they're not the only ones) - these lead to the retention of water and of fat (as an evolutionary device that would assume you were stressed due to poor survival conditions). So you can be eating less…

What kind of nerdy are we talking here? ;) Fellow nerd checking in!

This. I have visible pecs, which I can flex visibly above my breast tissue but because my breasts are slightly larger they're not really "perky" because of it. Also, don't bother lifting light weight - go out and move something heavy ;)

I was ovo-lacto vegetarian for 15 years, due to various intolerances cropping up I found that it simply wasn't a healthy or balanced choice for me any longer and after a rather vicious battle with my conscience I decided to introduce meats into my diet. Aside from the "ethical" feelings one may (or may not) have and…

Hey! I use my HRM on the pole (under a wrist band) and then manually input it under my own label (pole fitness) in the "your exercises" section :) I find I can burn anywhere between 300 and 600+ calories/hour depending on what I'm doing (e.g. active dance, working on static poses etc). Hope that helps!!

Aha, well. I'd be lying if I said there isn't a learning curve!! We got very lucky with Lili, she's such a sweet little potato, but honestly there are just some utterly mad things I've never had to deal with before in dogs :D I mean, I caught her eating a rock. Eating. A rock. Her teeth are fine.... Or the day she puked up…

Thank you!! She's sat behind me looking very proud of herself :D Aw the Swedish Valhund are just SO cute, I'd love to adopt one into our furry family, but I think it'll have to be a French Bulldog next...unless my partner gets his way for another wolfdog, haha. Wow, what an interesting cross!! Does she look more corgi or…

This is Lili, otherwise known as Furface :D She's a 15 month old Czechoslovakian Wolfdog. Her favourite things are: chasing the cat, cuddles and Greek yoghurt...!

Don't be bored! Find something you LOVE to do - I used to slog away trying to do cardio, never managed to make it stick, got too bored etc but then I discovered weights (and then pole fitness) and now going to the gym/working out is a treat! :) Does the gym offer classes? Maybe there would be something to catch your…

Giant thanks for adopting noobs! @Squidgeypaws007 is at noob capacity. Hi all, if I'm not too late I'd be happy to mentor someone :) (or maybe a couple of someones). The important bits about me: I'm 30, female and from England (currently living in Italy). I am into weight lifting (heavy weights) and pole fitness (currently…

Hi guys! It's been a while since I last popped my head in - WHAT A WEEK! We had some snow (I live in the South of Italy) and below freezing temperatures and it threw everything into chaos. We live in this old, cold house on the side of a mountain and have been without electricity, mains water or gas for the better part of…

I'm so sorry you had such a rough year - I hope that your 2017 is better! This happened to me >.< I sort of knew I was getting bigger but I didn't really appreciate by HOW MUCH. Looked in the mirror one day and didn't even recognise myself. Not cool.

Ahahaha, very much so xD I think most of my daily steps come from going to the bathroom, hehe.

I'm so glad I'm not alone here, I don't think I really thought the whole "working for self, working from home" thing through properly, haha :D Thank you!! I managed to achieve my macro goals yesterday, second day in a row. I found an app which tallies things, so I'm keeping a visible display of my goals now!! The timer is…
