Any other pole fitties know how to input into exercise diary?

Hi all,

I do pole fitness twice a week, but I have no idea how to input it into my exercise diary to give something thats vaguely accurate?

Any suggestions of how other people input, or roughly how many calories you attribute to it would be great!

    I'd probably just use "aerobics, general". :)

    Hey! I use my HRM on the pole (under a wrist band) and then manually input it under my own label (pole fitness) in the "your exercises" section :)

    I find I can burn anywhere between 300 and 600+ calories/hour depending on what I'm doing (e.g. active dance, working on static poses etc).
