  • I use a tortilla wrap as a base and top with whatever I fancy/that's in the fridge!! I'll put the wrap on a baking tray and 'toast' it a little in the oven before adding the toppings...tomato puree with a little water and dried herbs makes a good sauce...then pop the topped pizza back in the oven until the cheese has…

  • I have an LDV Maxus long wheelbase, high roof, 56 plate, 7 seater van - in red (ex royal mail). Good for transporting the dogs around, not the best van available but we picked it up with only 39k miles on the clock and we've had no problems (touch wood) with it so far. We'll be converting it in the back so we can sleep in…
  • I ♥ sprouts too and this does indeed sound yummy!!
  • quaffing...lol...I almost spat my water (with added cordial) out!!
  • So sorry to hear about your husband, 28 is so young...stupid cancer :-(( I'm hovering around the 153 mark at the moment and I'm aiming for 130 ish - I'm 5'9" but have a really slim frame. Feel free to add me!
  • Thanks for the suggestions guys, they all sound really good!
  • I used to have a cat, she was 16 and we had to put her to sleep as she'd developed a major infection...miss her dearly as I'd had her since she was 1. Unfortunately I can't get another one as I have 4 Huskies now and them and cats do NOT mix!!
  • I love eggs, I'll eat at least 2 per day. Also, love pickled eggs...used to get one every time we went to the chippy...nommmmmm!! Haven't had one for a while though, maybe I should put them on my next shopping list
  • You would have to drink A LOT of coffee/tea in order for it to cause a dehydration effect.
  • Check out ohsheglows.com - loads of really tasty sounds recipes on there :-))
  • My cat was called Rayne (pronounced Rain), she lived to 16 and was a beautiful tortoiseshell/tabby with whit socks and a white bib. Still miss her :-((
  • Looking good!! Big well done to you :-))
  • My doctor prescribed me Orlistat as I was having a ridiculously hard time losing weight (I found out a little after that that I had PCOS and that answered that question). They worked and helped me shed about 20lbs. I couldn't eat anything over 10/12g of fat per meal or the side-effects kicked in...that was not fun! I…
  • I have 4 Siberian Huskies and do not regret getting any of them!! Our 2 girls we had from pups, the 2 boys we rescued...1 at 10 months old (we're his second home) and the other at 2 years (we're his sixth home!!!). All I can say is do as much research as you can on the breed you're intending to get and maybe join groups on…
  • It'd be handy to open your diary! Just a thought though. Are you including all those calories burned during waitressing as additional exercise or have you incorporated them by upping your lifestyle to more active? It sounds like you do an awful lot of physical activity and 1600 calories doesn't sound like a lot to be…

  • I wish I was smaller (damn genetics!!) - it's so hard to find nice bras that don't cost a fortune...plus they just get in the way sometimes <sigh>
  • I've tried loads too!! I even bought this stuff that cost me nearly £10 for a tiny roll on thing...it stung so, so much I had to wash it off. The best one I've found, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, is Soft and Gentle (palmolive I think?). It's also got better now that I've lost some weight :-))

  • I've gone from 15.5 stone to just under 11 so far and mine have gone from a 38H to a 32G - so some size has been lost but they're still the same proportion
  • I actually went for many years unable to write the date on Friday the 13th (I'd just write the 12th instead)...seriously...I don't even now how or why it started. I have overcome this though!
  • I'll quite happily munch on them as they are but they are delish dipped in a little Nutella :-))
  • A few that come to mind are - Heinz ketchup, Hellmanns mayonnaise and Pepsi Max. I have to say though, tinned pasta in tomato sauce - I really hate the brands ones and have to go for the stores own brand lol!!
  • Are you still burning the same amount of calories? How long have you had the cross trainer for...if it's only a couple of weeks you could just be at a natural plateau and you might find it starts coming off again after a little while.
  • My Miss Sixty jeans...they're so pretty :-((
  • OK, so all of my highschool pics are at my Mums so here is one of me when I was about 16 (circa '99): (hoping it's not too big!)
  • I'm 5'9" weighing 153 and I'm in a UK 12 - sometimes a 14 in tops, depending on style
  • Heya! I'm 5'9" and aiming for 130lbs but I have a very dinky frame...I'd say aiming for 150 would be good then just see how you're feeling when you get close. Good luck :-))
  • Thanks for all the comments guys, it's really great that there's somewhere like that that I can get advice and views from!! I'll be starting C25K in the next couple of days - might even take a dog with me :-))
  • Tremble
  • Entirely up to you! I weigh every day, first thing in the morning :-))
