I'm 5'3 and I've managed to lose 73lbs so far (currently at 158) but I'm stuck at a huge plateau! Been at this weight for over six months now so any advice/tips/friends would be great! I run three times a week and do kettlesize too, which I love. Feel free to add me :smile:

Thanks for all the workout suggestions. I'm considering the online programme more for the nutritional advice - I'm not sure how much of what to eat any more and MFP has me down for 1200 calories at the lowest weight loss option. Anyone used online programmes/training to help with this?

The NHS Change 4 Life website has a really good recipe finder and meal mixer. We made the prawn jambalaya the other week and it was delicious!
