I got the Polar FT4 last weekend and so far it is way cool to use at the gym. Shows me calories burned and it links to almost every machine in the gym. Guess I need to check the stepmill I have tried everything but eliptical and stepmill and only one it didnt link to was rowing machine.

I just got the Polar FT4 and I like it alot. I got to the gym get on a piece of equipment and my HR shows up immediately

Lucky I found him abandoned in the ditch in front of my house I almost ran over him with the rider hence the name. Little guy like 6 inches long now he is almost 20 lbs and very long and needs his own account on MFP

Sometimes I hunt other times it is hiking with weapons. I enjoy hunting whitetail deer and turkeys and sometimes use squirrels to fill the gaps between big game season.

Fail at what? This is life not a contest or game. If you had not lost you would be even heavier just smile at what an awesome job you have done and keep moving forward.

I agree go to a store and try them on. I prefer Harbinger's myself but each brand will fit a little different for each person.

Can you do like a recumbant bike or a NUstep both are sitting and easier on joints just go slow and use up the sugar in your system and blood pressure will follow.

They tel you that you lose from the outside in so face and hands legs and feet first. Just what I always wanted skinny hands!

Potato skins have Potasium and so does brocilli. So scrape out that white potato and toss it ;)
