I agree with the rows and some bench presses work to help with the pushing arm need to do both but the best method is shooting.

I try to eat a small snack at bedtime usually lowfat sugar free yogurt. I have found it keeps my body from dumping sugar at 2 am and driving my morning numbers high. On another message board I learned this is called Dawn Syndrome or Dawn Phenomenon.

In my experience with excercise is if I lift weights my numbers go up or if I run on treadmill they go up. If I walk on treadmill or track they go down I have had some lows on just walking. Congrats I have mine down to 6.4 from 7.2 my chol is 170 ldl is 93 and trig are down to 152 from 204 my blood pressure was 110/70 I was pretty excited about all these numbers.
