I use the Sara Lee light wheat bread and have two pieces in the morning toasted of course with 1.5 TBL of reduced fat PB. I've been known to eat it with an apple, or just a good old fashion PB&J sandwich at lunch!

I love them! I would say that any time you're moving more than you're not ...it's going to help you lose... I've been tracking the mile and burn around 115 calories for my size in 20 mins.

36 single mom of a 13 year old daughter. Need to lose close to 100lbs my problem right now is getting motivated to work out...I have my first 5K June 1st! I'm down 20lbs though :)

try Lindt Chili Chocolate...it's dark chocloate with a hint of Chili pepper....One square is usually enough for me two tops. My trainer says it's good because the chili helps speed your metabolism too.

2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix 8 fl. oz. milk (of choice) 1 tbsp. butter buds 1 tbsp. maple extract 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 sheets low fat graham crackers 5 ice cubes I'm not even sure it sounds "good" but I've been craving French Toast like crazy lol
