I work out 3-4 days a week and on the other days try to fit in other activities but nothing formal. Like yesterday I spent the morning running and biking and today while a "rest" day I'll be walking to do my in town errands and shooting some baskets later with my kids. Everything in moderation I always remember.

Absolutely I eat what I want to. But I will say the longer I stick with this the more I notice what I want to eat changes. Whatever the food though I make sure to measure/weight it and keep it in moderation. The more I passed up those foods the more I craved them and found myself struggling. Having just a little bit of…
