i dont think it really matters when you take them as long as you DO take them. just try to get as much protein in you especially if you are weight training. im a fan of isopure zero carb creamy vanilla!

try egg beaters and ham or bits of steak meat. or if your into protein shakes - isopure makes a good NO carb one!

try incorporating weight training into your excercise routine. mix it up and eat more lean protein :) good luck!
