  • Hi! It is an AMZAING program!!!!!!! I am just loving it & we have a support group on Facebook with over 300 ladies..they feel like my sisters & someone is alwasy on to encourage you if your having a bad day & we share recipes etc:} We are all losing about a lb a day!
